A mid-18th Century South Staffordshire enamel snuff box with gilt metal mounts, of rectangular form, the hinge lid decorated with figures and building at a quayside with boat, the sides with flower vignettes, all within gilt scroll borders on a yellow ground, the interior with gilt metal hinge lid, length approx 4.6cm, together with another South Staffordshire enamel oval box, the hinge lid inscribed 'Accept A Trifle from a Friend', within a green and iron red bow and festoon border, length approx 4cm (faults).
