LOT 3329
A First World War period bronze memorial plaque, detailed 'Percy Albert Poore'. Note: information from West Sussex Past & the Great War Project shows that Lance Corporal Percy Poore was one of three brothers from Worthing, West Sussex, who were killed during the First World War. Percy died while serving with 'B' Battalion The Tank Corps near Ypres, Belgium, 22nd August 1917, and is buried in Bir Cross Cemetery, Ypres.
