A Vacheron & Constantin Genève Patrimony 18ct rose gold circular cased gentleman's wristwatch, Model No. 4066, circa 1944, with signed and jewelled V453 caliber movement, the signed gilt dial with Roman hour numerals and subsidiary seconds, the signed case back interior detailed '18K 0,750' and numbered '309171', case diameter 3.4cm, on a leather strap, with original Vacheron & Constantin brown leather case, guarantee certificate and Orologeria Astrua card.
