Jacks and his work in the Ministry of Munitions and the Steel Department during the war, including OBE, George V civil issue, and Cross of Chevalier of the Legion of Honour, both later framed together in a display format with portrait photograph and Foreign Office letter regarding the Cross of Chevalier, a framed certificate for the Cross of Chevalier, the boxes of issue for both awards, a framed letter from Winston Churchill expressing his high appreciation for Mr Jack's ability and devotion, dated '10th January 1919', a glass presentation bowl, a group of medal miniatures, a Second World War period War Medal and a framed portrait photograph.
