Coronavirus COVID-19 Policy
Throughout the pandemic, we’ve focused on making sure everyone visiting Toovey’s is as safe as possible.
We would encourage all clients to continue to wear a face covering when visiting our saleroom unless they are medically exempt, and regularly use the hand-sanitisers provided and consider social distancing.
As before, you’ll find sanitiser and wipes at the saleroom entrance.
We are understandably experiencing a huge number of telephone calls, please bear with us and keep trying to call us.
Opening hours: We are currently open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday to collect purchased or unsold lots. For valuations appointments are available between 10am to 3pm. Please call 01903 891955 to book an appointment.
Valuations: We can provide house visits following government guidelines. We can also offer valuations at our Spring Gardens rooms. In addition, Toovey’s continue to offer online valuations by email.
Our auctions are continuing with attendance at our rooms, there is currently no need to book an appointment for this. All our auctions will be online too via the-saleroom.com but additional charges apply to use this service.
To enable us to react to changes in guidelines and accommodate the new sale cycle, we will not be producing a printed catalogue for these auctions. Instead we have focused on the free online catalogues and made sure there are more illustrations for our potential bidders and buyers. Clients can print all catalogues from our website, if required, at www.tooveys.com.
