FIELDING, Henry. The Virgin Unmasked: or, an Old Man taught Wisdom, a Farce as it is performed at the Theatre-Royal. Glasgow: 1755. 8vo (174 x 98mm.) Titled in red and black. (Lacking blanks and ?half-title, some browning and creasing.) Contemporary calf (worn). Provenance: J. Umpleby (ink stamps to title dated 1810 and one other leaf); William Hummer (signature dated 'August 12 1867' to front pastedown). - And twenty-five others, many leather-bound (26).
