A George IV needlework sampler by Suzannah Wilks, dated 1828, the central verse above a country house within a surround of trees and plants, worked with coloured wools on a cream canvas ground, approx 42cm x 50cm, together with another small sampler, a hairwork sampler, a woven silk panel and a group of other needleworks.
