A 19th Century Italian carved softwood torchère, the circular platform top with a carved foliate apron above a naturalistic stem, carved with two putti, raised on a circular base bearing plaque inscribed 'Alo & Gppe Flli Bottacin, Meubles & Object d'Art, Venise', terminating in three carved claw feet, height approx 104cm.
