                A Charles I East Anglian provincial silver seal top spoon, the tapered rectangular stem with baluster finial, the plain top with indistinct pricked initials, the fig-shaped bowl interior with town mark, probably Beccles circa 1640, length approx 17cm. Note: see pages 92 and 94 of Christopher Hartop's East Anglian Silver 1550-1750  for illustrations of marks.
