LEONARD, Eliza Lucy. The Ruby Ring; or, the Transformations. London: 1816. 4to (125 x 98mm.) 8 engraved plates. (Some spotting and browning.) Contemporary green straight-grain morocco gilt, bound for G. Ponsonby, the covers with roll tools within fillet borders, the upper covers with centrally-placed initials 'G.P.', the spine gilt, g.e. (extremities slightly scuffed, spine faded to brown). Provenance: G.G. Ponsonby (binding, inscription dated 'August 14 1816' to preliminary blank).
