BINDINGS. - Robert BURNS. The Letters. London: 1819. 2 vols. in one, small 8vo (130 x 79mm.) Engraved decorative titles. (Titles browned.) Contemporary black calf gilt, the covers with a scrolling bellflower roll tool within fillet borders, the spine gilt in five compartments with raised bands, lettering piece to the second, the other compartments with repeat decoration in gilt (extremities slightly scuffed, spine rubbed and chipped at head). - And twenty-six others, all leather-bound (27).
