London, Paris, etc.: Cassell, Petter, Galpin & Co.,[n.d. but circa 1879-1881.] 4to (277 x 209mm.) 25 chromolithographed plates (1 double-page), uncoloured illustrations. (Some spotting and occasional soiling.) Contemporary calf gilt (extremities soiled and somewhat rubbed). Provenance: Louis Johnstone (prize certificate from the College of Agriculture, Salisbury, to front pastedown, and binding).
