                A late 17th/early 18th Century embroidered panel of The Reception of The Queen of Sheba by King Solomon, depicting the queen with attendant blackamoor holding a parasol, the king wearing a turban and flowing cloak, standing within a hillocky landscape with trees, birds, a squirrel, a camel, sheep, a dog and a rabbit, houses and a palace in the background, worked in tent stitch with coloured threads, approx 46cm x 78cm, mounted within a 19th Century mahogany firescreen.
