A late Victorian group of seven taxidermized birds, including a cuckoo, a goldfinch, a bullfinch and two long tailed tits, mounted in a naturalistic setting within a glazed black painted case, bearing label to interior 'Norris, Painter, Bird and Animal Preserver, Brackley', height approx 53cm.
