                A Japanese silver wire cloisonné vase, Meiji period, the pale terracotta ground ovoid body finely worked with a band of lappet panels filled with dragons and phoenix beneath a red band with six white ground butterfly vignettes, the slender flared neck with foliate collars, flanked by a pair of handles filled with flowerheads and scrolling tendrils, height approx 24.5cm (minor faults).
