Frontispieces, plates (1 chromolithographed), 1 folding map at rear of vol. I, illustrations. (Occasional spotting, p.127 to vol. II torn with minor loss to margin.) Original decorated cloth, g.e. (head and foot of spine lightly bumped). Provenance: Stephen Kingsley Morell (prize certificate to front pastedown)."
