LOT 350
A pair of Polish silver candlesticks, 84 zolotnik, each urn shaped sconce with detachable nozzle, above a bulbous knopped stem decorated in relief with flowers and scrolls, on a square base, Russian hallmarks for Warsaw 1865 by Abraham Reiner with 'I.S.' assay master mark, height approx 34.5cm. Note: between 1852 and 1896 the Russian Imperial Assay Office was functioning in Warsaw using the Imperial Eagle as its City mark. This mark is not to be confused with that of Minsk.
