[N.p. but London:] Hodder & Stoughton, [n.d. but circa 1913.] Limited edition of 1000 copies, this number 197, 4to (310 x 250mm.) 22 tipped-in colour plates, uncoloured illustrations, all by Thomson. (Light browning or spotting.) Original vellum blocked in gilt, t.e.g. (extremities bumped and soiled, silk tie lacking, small tear to head of spine). Note: limitation page unsigned.
