London: John Stockdale, 1797. 8vo (218 x 126mm.) Engraved frontispiece, additional decorative title, 2 folding maps and 21 plates. (Occasional light browning or soiling.) Contemporary mottled calf, spine gilt (extremities slightly rubbed, neatly rebacked with old spine laid down). Provenance: George Whittam (signature dated 1797 to front-free endpaper).
