London, Paris, etc.: Cassell, Petter & Galpin, [n.d. but circa 1886.] 4to (264 x 206mm.) 48 chromolithographed plates only (of 50), uncoloured plates and illustrations. (Some spotting, soiling or browning, 2 plates loosely inserted and now somewhat tattered, lacking plates opposing p.385 and p.397.) Contemporary cloth (worn, stitching weak).
