GRILLION'S CLUB. Portraits of Members of Grillion's Club, from 1813 to 1863. [N.p.: but London:] privately printed, December, 1864. 2 vols., folio (540 x 360mm.) 128 engraved plates on India paper mounted. (Some spotting and browning.) Contemporary green morocco gilt, for P. & D. Colnaghi & Co., wide gilt turn-ins, g.e. (extremities somewhat scuffed, spine of vol. II chipped at head and foot, vol. I lacking front-free endpaper). Provenance: Sir James Buller East (armorial bookplates). Note: the plates include portraits of gentleman of title, politicians and other notable figures.
