A Victorian silver spirit kettle on stand, the bombé shaped body and hinge lid finely engraved with strapwork and scroll decoration beneath a foliate capped and reeded overhead handle, the similarly engraved stand with cast and pierced foliate scroll and bead apron, on three scroll legs and scallop feet united by an undertier supporting the burner, London 1855 by Robert Hennell, height approx 42.5cm.
