A Victorian silver trophy cup, the 'U' shaped body with engraved scroll handles and beaded rim above engraved strapwork and foliate decoration, inscribed 'Portsmouth Methodist Eisteddfod Challenge Trophy, Presented by H.R. Smith Esq', on a flared stem and similarly decorated beaded foot, London 1877 by Henry Hollan, height approx 28cm, with an ebonized plinth.
