Original cloth, dust-jacket inscribed by the author in felt-tip pen (slightly discoloured). Provenance: Herbert Lom (presentation inscription from the author dated 'April 1966', and a.l.s. by Campbell Allen presenting this book to Lom loosely inserted). - And a quantity of others on performing arts (a quantity).
