A Japanese Arita blue and white Kakiemon saucer dish, first half of the 18th Century, the centre painted with a tiger beside bamboo, framed by eight radiating panels of mirrored design including figures, dragons and flowers, beneath an iron oxide dressed barbed rim, the underside with karakusa meanders and square Fuku mark to base, diameter approx 22cm (chip to rim).
