An Edwardian satinwood lady's writing table with overall kingwood crossbanded borders, inlaid foliate scrolls and bellflower pendants, the gallery back with a raised frieze and a pair of cabinet doors, each with an oval penwork reserve panel of figures, flanking an open shelf and mirror panel, the hinged writing surface inset with a green velvet panel above three frieze drawers, on square tapering legs and spade feet, height approx 116cm, width approx 84cm.
