A Tiffany & Co. gold cased keyless wind open-faced hourly repeating gentleman's dress watch with a jewelled lever movement repeating on a coiled spring, detailed 'Tiffany & Co Extra No. 138004 Made in Switzerland', the inner case detailed 'December 5, 1907', the signed enamelled dial with black Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds, the case back monogram engraved with repeat slide to band.
