An Edwardian needlework sampler by 'Catherine Maud Hodgson, Xmas 1906, Molescrest, Beverley', centred with a crown above 'Edward VII. 1902', surrounded by proverbs, figures, a house, trees, plants and animals, all within a geometric border, worked with coloured thread in mainly cross stitch, approx 38cm x 30cm, framed.
