An Edwardian silver and enamel shipping interest vesta case, the front decorated with the Elder Dempster Shipping Line flag, the reverse inscribed 'Souvenir of Voyage by Elder Dempster's R.M.S. Sekondi', Sheffield 1902 by Walker & Hall, length approx 4.7cm. Note: the Elder Dempster Shipping Line was formed in 1852 with a contract to carry mail from London to Tenerife and the west coast of Africa. Royal Mail ship Sekondi was built in 1896.
