A 19th Century French Empire style figured mahogany and ormolu mounted secrétaire à abattant, the white marble top above a single drawer with applied foliate handles flanked by mask mounts, the fall flap with an applied mount of Cupid on a horse-drawn chariot, enclosing five drawers and an open shelf, the two lower doors enclosing three drawers, all flanked by foliate capped pillars, raised on tapering supports, height approx 131cm, width approx 80cm.
