BINDINGS. - William JACOBSON (editor). The Works of Robert Sanderson. Oxford: 1854. 6 vols., 8vo (215 x 130mm.) (Light browning, minor spotting to first and last few leaves.) Contemporary calf gilt, the covers with centrally placed armorial of the Hulme Bequest (Munificentia Hulmiana), the spines in six compartments with raised bands, lettering pieces to the second and third the others with elaborate repeat decoration in gilt (some scuffing). Provenance: J. Arthur Whitlock (signatures to preliminary blanks).
