A Japanese tortoiseshell card case and cover, early 20th Century, lacquered in red and gilt with a crane perched on a branch to one side and a jardinière to the other, length approx 11cm, together with a Chinese coquilla nut pendant, carved and pierced with two boys and a buffalo (some faults).
