BRIGHTON. The Book of Common Prayer, and Administration of the Sacraments. Oxford: 1797. [bound with:] A New Version of the Psalms of David. London: 1798. 3 vols in one, 8vo (210 x 132mm.) (Some spotting, damp-staining or browning.) Contemporary calf, the upper cover with Prince of Wales Feathers above the inscription 'His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, Chapel Royal, Brighthelmstone'. (crudely rebacked in cloth, remnants of spine laid down). Provenance: Thomas Trocke (armorial bookplate and inscription stating it was gifted by Edward Lord Bishop of Norwich, Clerk of the Closet to the Queen and that 'This Book belonged to / His Royal Highness / The Prince of Wales…').
