(Plates offset, some other browning, preliminary blank torn without loss.) Contemporary red straight-grain morocco gilt, g.e. (extremities scuffed, head of spine chipped). Provenance: E.S. Lloyd (signature dated 1818); Rev'd Daniel Corrie Archdeacon of Calcutta (presentation inscription dated 1828); M.H. Howard (signature dated 1844). - And six others of similar interest (8).
