A 19th Century Gainsborough type mahogany elbow chair upholstered in patterned pink damask, the armrests carved with acanthus leaves, the shaped frieze with shell and foliate scrolls, raised on cabriole legs with upturned scroll feet, height approx 99cm, width approx 68cm (restoration).
