A Victorian silver card case of shaped rectangular outline with hinge lid, the front engraved with a view of the North or Bargate at Southampton, part of the old town fortification, within a border of engine turned tartan, repeated on the reverse, Birmingham 1842 by Nathaniel Mills, length approx 10cm, within a fitted leather case, detailed 'Goldsmiths & Silversmiths Company Ltd ...'.
