A gold cased and black enamelled keywind open-faced lady's fob watch, with an unsigned gilt cylinder movement, gilt metal inner case detailed 'Cylindre Vacheron Geneve', the enamelled dial with black Roman hour numerals, the case faintly marked 'K18', the case back with black enamelled decoration on an engine turned ground, with a case and a key.
