MAPS, SUSSEX. - R.A. SKELTON & Harry MARGARY. Two Hundred and Fifty Years of Map-Making in the County of Sussex, A Collection of Reproductions of Printed Maps published between the years 1575 and 1825. Lympne Castle, Kent & Chichester: 1970. Large folio (635 x 430mm). Mounted on guards throughout, double-page title, 2 double-page leaves of text printed on one side only, 26 double-page sheets printed with facsimile maps. (Scribbling with coloured felt-tip pens to one map.) Original cloth, paper title label to upper cover (scuffed and rubbed). - And a late 19th Century folding 'Geological Map of Sussex', and three other modern folding maps (5). Provenance: The Library Collection of the Late W. Leslie Weller MBE, DL, FSA.
