LOT 3054
PUTRON, Rev. Pierre de. Nooks and Corners of Old Sussex. Choice examples in Sussex Archaeology. Lewes: Farncombe & Co., 1875. Large 4to (314 x 252mm). Printed in red and black, frontispiece and numerous illustrations. (Some spotting.) Original green morocco-grained cloth, the upper cover and spine blocked in gilt, the lower cover in blind, matt glazed endpapers, g.e. (slightly bumped and rubbed, inner hinges cracked). Provenance: Rev. John Parkin (Halton, nr. Hastings, gift inscription from his son); Thomas Parkin (armorial bookplate); L.C. Prideaux (bookplate); The Library Collection of the Late W. Leslie Weller MBE, DL, FSA.
