SUSSEX. - Charles DAWSON. History of Hastings Castle. [London:] Constable & Co. Ltd., 1909. First edition, 2 vols., 4to (285 x 190mm). Plates (some double-page), extra-illustrated with two loosely inserted autograph letters signed from the author. (Some light spotting.) Original blue cloth gilt, t.e.g. (some slight discolouration). Provenance: W.H. Hills (bookplate). - And seven others of similar interest (9). Provenance: The Library Collection of the Late W. Leslie Weller MBE, DL, FSA.
