DASHWOOD, J.B. The Thames to the Solent by Canal and Sea or the Log of the Una Boat 'Caprice'. London: Longmans, Green, and Co., 1868. First edition, small 8vo (173 x 110mm). Half-title, 7 plates, 1 folding lithographic route map tinted by hand, 7 uncoloured plates. Later red morocco-backed cloth by Maltby of Oxford, spine gilt (spine slightly faded). Provenance: P.A.L. Vine (bookplate); The Library Collection of the Late W. Leslie Weller MBE, DL, FSA.
