A late Victorian Neoclassical Revival satinwood and inlaid lady's writing desk, the cylinder role top decorated with an urn and scrolls, opening to reveal a fitted interior and pull-out writing surface, above a frieze of three drawers decorated with swags of bellflowers, supported on square tapering legs and brass castors, united by a shaped stretcher, height approx 120cm, width approx 80cm.
