A Japanese Hirado (Mikawachi) blue and white porcelain koro and cover, Meiji period, the reticulated squat globular body and domed cover flanked by a pair of moulded dragon handles, the stem moulded in relief with an entwined dragon on an integral square base painted in underglaze blue with birds and leaf border, on four scroll feet, height approx 20cm (minor restoration to claws).
