A mid-19th Century French cast ormolu twin branch desk candelabrum of Neoclassical design by Victor Paillard, the pineapple finial above a spiral reeded stem and four downswept supports terminating in acanthus leaves, the two scroll branches supporting beaded swag sconces, the quatrefoil platform base impressed 'V.P.' and with circular maker's stamps to underside, height approx 18.5cm.
