Colour frontispiece, decorative title, numerous illustrations, folding map at rear. (Minor spotting, map creased, browned and torn to inner blank margin.) Original decorated cloth (extremities bumped and soiled). Provenance: presentation inscription dated 'Xmas 1909' to front-free endpaper.
