Limited edition of 1000 copies for sale in the US, this copy numbered 148 and signed by the author, 4to (252 x 190mm.) Coloured frontispiece by Kathleen Hale. Original blue buckram, upper cover blocked in gilt, spine lettered in gilt, t.e.g. (spine slightly faded), glassine wrapper (small chip to wrapper).
