VOWELL, John. The Antique Description and Account of the City of Exeter: in three parts… all written purely by John Vowell, alias Hoker, Gent. Exeter: now first printed together by Andrew Brice, 1765. 3 parts in one volume (as issued), 4to (199 x 158mm.) 3pp. list of subscribers. (First and last two leaves with corners rounded and somewhat soiled.) Old panelled sheep (neatly rebacked, later endpapers).
