LOT 2777
A late 19th Century brass chamberstick, the inset mother-of-pearl well within a floral embossed lobed surround, surmounted with an urn shaped sconce, flanked by a pair of coiled serpents and an entwined handle, length approx 15.5cm (crack to mother-of-pearl well), together with an ivory framed silver circular panel, embossed with a Rafael style angel, diameter approx 6cm (frame cracked), and a late 19th Century French gilt metal circular jewellery box, the hinged lid inset with a miniature circular head and shoulders portrait of a lady, signed 'Gérard', within a blue enamel border, the gilt metal sides decorated in relief with urns and foliate scrolls, diameter approx 8cm (minor faults).
