A Victorian silver mounted and black enamelled clear glass claret jug, the hinged lid with knop finial decorated with a star shaped motif above an angular handle, spout and collar engraved with foliate and geometric decoration, the tapering body with vertical strawberry cut bands alternating with engraved bands, Sheffield 1869 by Atkin Bros, height approx 27.5cm (faults to enamel).
