RACKHAM, Arthur (illustrator). - Richard WAGNER. The Rhinegold & The Valkyrie. London: William Heinemann, 1914. 8vo (250 x 180mm.) 34 tipped-in colour plates. (Spotting and browning, occasionally heavy, plates facing p.28, p.148, p.158 and p.160 with corner creases.) Original cloth (extremities somewhat bumped and rubbed, slight soiling and damp-staining, spine faded). Note: inscribed 'To dear Nicky on her 14th birthday…' to half-title. - And four other children's books (5).
